so
should we wait?
how long?
why?

he must have come already
may be a moment ago,--may be ages ago

why not find out?

may be around here, just outside
or exactlynearest inside

may be , he is just waiting for our coming to him
why we to play hide and seek with him

hiding behind our shutters
covered by masks and curtains

wearing all designer dress
and on head bearing a weighty tress

may be he wants to see us all naked
without any pretentions crooked

he is the same eve teaser
trying to do a vasthrapaharan, chor kishore

why you here, when i am there?—

either you vanish, then i alone will stay---or---

i vanish, then you alone stay ---

in this one whole universe,

there is place only for one ,

never for two ---

whatever you choose,

i won't loose

to spur positive creative expression,
i my core is positive,

i stay there unaffected
for me no testing time,

no wasting of time ,

me not expecting others to change

to avoid getting pricks on my feet,

i simply wear slippers ,
i will not try to spread a smooth carpet all along my path

nor do i ask others to do it for me

Why not ignore this aimless vagabond,
spoiling the calm pond

knows not what he scribbles,

all pebbles rubbles,

no rhyme or rhythm
speaks no sense,

no science,
no commonsense

why at all he logs in,

rather sneaks in ,

again and again

to whose loss, whose gain

is it not due to love?

love making him insane, some how
